Position Overview:
We are seeking a strong and reliable individual to join our installation team. The ideal candidate will have a construction background (preferred but not required), strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role offers a permanent career path with room for growth.
Job Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy equipment
Good driving record
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Flexibility to work weekends when needed
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Team player with good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
Construction experience is a plus
Veterans are encouraged to apply
What We Offer:
Comprehensive training starting at $17.81/hr
Minimum $145/day after training, with plenty of overtime and additional earning opportunities for doing multiple jobs.
Typical workdays are less than 8 hours, but you’ll still be paid for a full day
Full-time position with the opportunity to start immediately
Use of company vehicle and tools
