We take pride in maintaining our buildings to the highest standards and are looking for a skilled and reliable plumber to join our in-house maintenance team.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated plumber to handle day-to-day plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations across our portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems (leaks, clogs, pipe bursts, etc.)
- Install and maintain water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems
- Perform inspections and preventive maintenance
- Respond to emergency plumbing issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the maintenance team and property managers to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and provide clear documentation of work performed
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with tenants and team members
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying physical environments
- Plumbing certification or license is a plus
