Benefits include:
$25.00-34.00 per hour ($52,000- $70,720 per year).

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years minimum maintenance experience is required preferably in the field of residential property management
Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) is preferred but not required
Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
Must have hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, boiler repair, and all other building systems associated with apartment communities
Experience in tub replacement as well as countertop and other interior upgrade installation
Knowledge of painting and drywall applications
Ability to perform daily work orders as well as apartment unit turns in a timely manner
Must share 24-hour on-call on a rotation basis
Ability to work in a high-paced team environment
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, current insurance

This position will include walking, standing, bending, and climbing (ladders included) and you will often be exposed to the elements of the weather and must be prepared accordingly.
