Maintenance Worker (position is located in the city of Los Angeles)
General Summary:
Performs general maintenance duties including repairs and installations throughout warehouse.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs handyman duties such installing doors, minor plumbing, installing toilets, and painting, etc.
Checks control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
Installs appliances and equipment.
Conducts maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, see through plastic curtains and insect curtains, etc.
Collaborates with workers and other professionals during renovations.
Reports to operation manager on any unforeseen issues.
