Interior/ Exterior paint (roller or spray)
Light electrical must know how to run wire for new lights, install light fixtures, ceiling fans
Switches
Replace flooring tile, and vinyl planks
Stucco repair
Light plumbing
Must have tools, and car
We paid on daily rate, we are not looking for a subcontractor.
We are looking for someone ASAP
