- You must have the ability to listen, understand, follow directions and work in a variety of roles.
- You must be able to use hand tools when required.
- You must be responsible for safe, efficient and quality completion of tasks assigned by supervisor.
- You must report any issues to supervisor or higher-level employee.
- You must maintain a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with customers.
- You must perform other related duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work in fast pace work environment, trenching, digging and planting.
- Must be able to work outside for long periods of time removing unwanted plants, grading, leveling, planting trees, shrubs, trash collection.
- Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, an lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Hourly rate based on experience, including overtime when necessary.
