Driver, Navigator, Hauler
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Complete all jobs according to company standards and mission statement
Safely load, transport, and unload customer items in accordance with state and local laws
Attend all mandatory and all non-mandatory meetings and events when asked
Help maintain trucks and equipment
Build and maintain a safety culture at the Junkluggers
Implement and promote new company ideas and process
Assist in training of new hires
Ensure all decisions made are in the company’s best interest
Competencies
Must have good communication skills
Must have a general understanding of all resource locations in current territory
Must have a general understanding of truck operation and care
Must exhibit a strong safety attitude
Must be able to lift 75lbs
Job Requirements
Must have completed the Driver Training Test with an acceptable score
Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
Must have an acceptable background
Compensation
$20+ Hourly plus bonus incentives
