Job description is but not limited to:
Overseeing Daily Warehousing Activities:
Coordinates the receipt, storage, and dispatch of merchandise to ensure efficiency.
Managing the daily activities of warehouse personnel, ensuring that operations run smoothly.
Implementing and enforcing safety is a key responsibility.
The warehouse lead manages inventory control processes to minimize loss and maximize accuracy in stock levels.
They train and mentor warehouse staff on operational procedures and best practices.
They work with other departments, suppliers, and transport companies to coordinate logistics and resolve any arising issues.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a must to be able to work with English and Spanish speaking employees.
