We are looking for a Residential/Commercial Journeyman and Apprentice Plumber to have the following:
Experience in Residential and Commercial Plumbing for new construction and remodeling projects.
Knowledge of Local & State Code Requirements and new plumbing technology. Depth of knowledge in a wide variety of plumbing materials and methods of installations.
Read and understand Plumbing, Civil, Architectural, and Structural plans & specifications as they relate to the plumbing field. (If you can't understand plans, position is still available).
Clean driving record is required if driving company vehicle.
Self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to work independently as well as part of the team.

23. measure and mark reference points or cutting lines on workpieces
24. assemble and install pipe sections, fittings, or plumbing fixtures
25. cut, bend, or thread pipe for gas, air, hydraulic, or water lines
26. install underground storm, sanitation, or water piping systems
27. lay out piping systems
28. pressure test piping system or equipment for leaks
29. use basic plumbing techniques
30. use pipe fitting equipment
31. use pressure gauges
32. apply adhesives, caulking, sealants, or coatings
33. read specifications
34. read tape measure
35. use hand or power tools
36. braze metal parts or components together
