Janitor/Custodian

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor/Custodian to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and take pride in their work. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning procedures and schedules. Responsibilities: General Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Emptying trash and recycling receptacles. Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors). Cleaning kitchens and break areas (wiping counters, cleaning appliances, washing dishes if applicable). Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces. Cleaning windows and mirrors. Spot cleaning walls and removing stains. Restocking supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper). Floor Care (if applicable): Buffing and waxing floors.
