KKPV supplies the biggest Production Trailers, Star Trailers, Photo Motorhomes, and other motorhomes/trailers for feature movie, television, commercial, and photography shoots.

Position Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Items Inspection and Cleaning Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to meticulously inspect and clean a variety of vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for use or distribution. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Duties:
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies are low
- Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough visual inspections of items to identify defects, damage, or irregularities.
Check items against established quality standards and specifications to ensure they meet required criteria.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results, including defects found and corrective actions taken.
Clean and sanitize items using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment, following established cleaning protocols.
Report any issues or concerns related to the quality of items or cleaning processes to supervisors.
Follow safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and communicate restocking needs as required.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on inspection techniques, quality standards, and cleaning procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements or efficiency optimizations.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
Previous experience in inspection, quality control, or cleaning roles is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify even minor imperfections.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines accurately.
Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment and supplies.
Good communication skills to report findings and collaborate with team members.
Physical capability to lift, move, and handle items of varying sizes and weights.
Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
Strong work ethic and reliability to consistently meet productivity and quality targets.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
