Requirements:
- MUST be on-time, ALWAYS! this is literally the most important thing
- Experience with some carpentry, power tools and light hardware installations (handyman-style)
- Ability to work diligently & efficiently and take direction (be trained)
- VERY detail oriented (if it's not straight, needs to be re-done)
- friendly, positive attitude
