Handyman / power tools skills
Must be able to handle heavy lifting
Be responsible and able to work with minimal supervision
Be efficient, hard-working, flexible and energetic
Have a valid CA driver's license
Must be certified by IICRC
Knowledge of Xactimate and MICA a plus
