Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and take pride in creating clean and welcoming spaces? We are a growing commercial janitorial company, and are looking for dedicated Day Porters and Evening Janitors to join our team in the Los Angeles area.
We’re seeking team players who are proactive, hardworking, and ready to make a difference in the cleanliness and professionalism of the properties we serve.
Duties include but not limited to:
DAY PORTERS:
- Cleaning the common areas, emptying trash cans, clearing spills, sweeping the common areas, emptying the trash receptacles, hosing down areas if needed, sweeping the parking lot, dusting cobb webs, clearing dust from windows. Any cleaning needs for that property.
- The work can be done before, during or after business hours (depending on our client needs) and will be representing the company.
- As a Day Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our properties remain clean, organized, and welcoming for staff and visitors.
EVENING JANITORS:
- Perform nightly cleaning tasks - sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, including carpets, tile, and hardwood surfaces, ensuring they are free of dirt, debris, and stains.
- Dust and wipe down desks, tables, shelves, and other surfaces to remove dust, fingerprints, and smudges.
- Sanitize and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and other high-traffic areas.
- Disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, elevator buttons, and shared office equipment.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure disposal areas are neat and organized.
- Conduct thorough cleaning to meet high standards before the next business day.
- Ensure all windows and doors are locked, lights are turned off (where appropriate), and the building is secure after cleaning tasks are completed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus but not required – we’re happy to train motivated individuals!
