Job Summary:
Media company is looking for two FT handymen to build and maintain wooden construction fences around Los Angeles. 40 hrs/week plus benefits and car allowance. Hiring immediately.
Essential Functions:
Build and repair wooden construction fences around Los Angeles.
Ensure all sites are properly maintained following company standards.
Install and remove advertising copy as needed. Paint as needed.
Keep an accurate report of all issues encountered while on the job.
Responsibly maintain tools, equipment, and other company materials.
Complete other duties as requested from management.
Provide before and after pictures of all installations or work completed.
Follow all company safety rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have some general construction experience and knowledge.
Must be reliable and dedicated to this FT position.
Read and follow detailed instructions and/or plans.
A valid driver's license and a reliable, appropriate vehicle with the proper insurance.
Smartphone with the ability to upload photographs.
Comfortable with a Ladder and tools commonly used in construction.
Be able to lift and carry 40-lb buckets and boxes of posters.
Be able to lift and transport plywood, bags of concrete, etc as needed.
