Position: Full-Time Handyman
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Location: San Fernando Valley (All properties)
Job Description:
We are a property management company based in the San Fernando Valley seeking a skilled Full-Time Handyman to join our team. This position involves performing maintenance and repair work across our apartment buildings throughout the San Fernando Valley.
Key Responsibilities:
Plumbing: Experience in plumbing is essential. Duties include pipe repair/soldering, valve changes, and stem replacements etc.
General Maintenance: Basic handyman skills required. Must be comfortable with various maintenance tasks and willing to paint as needed.
Job Requirements:
Vehicle & Tools: Must have a truck and necessary tools.
Work Authorization: Proof of legal right to work in the United States.
