Job Title: General Manager - Pool Maintenance and Service
Location: Los Angeles County, Southern California
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 annually (+ for any of your existing pools!)
AC Pools, the fastest-growing pool service company in Southern California, is looking for a passionate and customer-focused General Manager to lead our team. We need a dedicated leader who can ensure exceptional customer service, manage operations efficiently, and drive success in all aspects of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer-Centric Operations:
- Champion a customer-first approach in all aspects of operations, resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Oversee scheduling and dispatching, ensuring prompt and courteous service delivery to our valued clients.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and accountability among our technicians and repair professionals.
- Provide ongoing training and support to empower our team members to deliver exceptional service and build strong customer relationships.
Technical Expertise and Field Support:
- Possess a deep understanding of pool systems and equipment to provide technical guidance and support to our field staff.
- Be readily available to assist technicians and repair personnel in the field, demonstrating a hands-on approach and commitment to quality workmanship.
Business Growth and Strategy:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and business expansion.
Identify opportunities to enhance our service offerings, improve operational efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in the pool maintenance and service industry,
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers and team
- Previous experience in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and dispatch/job assignment software.
- Flexibility to work both in the field and in an office setting.
- Valid driver's license and access to a truck for fieldwork.
- A laptop or computer for desk work
