We are seeking individuals with a passion for plants and sustainability to join our garden maintenance crew!
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Working outside all day with a team
- Pruning
- Weeding (by hand, we are chemical free)
- Planting
- Irrigation work
- Heavy lifting
- Mulching
- Demolition
- Loading tools in/out of the work truck
- Working well within a team structure
- Having fun getting down and dirty in the garden

We are happy to train for the right people, but are especially excited about hiring people with existing knowledge about California native plants, permaculture, sustainability, growing food, and other related Earth-care skills.
Pay starts at $20/h.
We are currently offering part time hours, 2-3 days a week, but could develop into full time for the right person.
