A young UHNW family of 5 is looking for a live-out housekeeper to help in their homes in West LA and Malibu during the week. Duties include full housekeeping, errand running, full laundry (linens and clothes), light food prep, & organizing.
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: Starting at $35 per hour DOE
Benefits: Medical, PTO, sick days, holidays
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:30am-7:30pm, flexibility required
Other Staff: housekeeper and a weekday nanny
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the homes are well cleaned and organized to the highest standard
- Arranging professional cleaning of furnishings as needed
- Ordering and unpacking supplies, e.g. groceries, toiletries, cleaning supplies and keeping good records of receipts
- Full laundry; including linens, towels, clothes (delicates and ironing as well)
- Organizing closets and drawers
- Greeting couriers/ guests/ 3rd party vendors
- Packing and unpacking family for travel
- Prepping snacks, cut up vegetables and fruit for the fridge
Requirements
Experience in a high-net-worth home, with knowledge of cleaning special surfaces and laundering high end articles of clothing
A clean valid Driver’s License, with own car to travel to and from work
Legally able to work within the United States
Lives in the surrounding area
Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
