A professional couple is seeking an expert, detailed housekeeper to help care for their condo. There are no kids or pets in the home, and one of the principal’s works out of their home office. The couple is seeking someone who can complete a deep clean, and make sure everything is reset, organized and tidy. Other duties will include laundry, special household projects, tending to and watering the plants, and running local errands from time to time.
The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail and is great with beautiful presentation. The couple will appreciate someone who can keep their home looking and feeling like a hotel. The home is a 2,000 sf duplex, loft style penthouse. There is an 800 square foot outside terrace that also needs a furniture wipe down and sweeping weekly, so the candidate should be comfortable spending some time doing this work outside. The master bedroom will not need cleaning, as the couple handles that on their own. If you enjoy making dinner on occasion, that would be welcomed, but not required.
