Full time position working outdoors in an animal sanctuary. We are looking for hard working individuals who can perform the duties instructed efficiently and at a fast pace. Duties include, but are not limited to;
-feeding wet and dry food to the dogs in your section
-cleaning and refilling water bowls
-interact with the dogs in your section in order to identify possible problems
-picking up poop
-putting on dog jackets
The position involves a lot of walking, including up hills and slopes, lifting bags and boxes. This is an outdoor position that will require working in heat, wind, rain, etc.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift 50+ pounds throughout the day. The company provides animal care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Due to the needs of the animals, the following conditions are essential to staff: overtime, shift work, rotating work schedule, or a work schedule other than Monday through Friday.
40+ hours a week. we operate 7 days a week
hours of shifts: 7:30am-4:30 pm
Must have reliable transportation
