Some exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, and humidity
Reaches, bends, squats, and frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 lbs
5 years or more experience
Responsibilities
Washing, sanitizing, and storage of all dishes
Delivers trays of dirty dishware to dish room
General cleaning of the kitchen
Sweeping and mopping floors front of house and back of house, restrooms, and parking lot.
Stocks service area with clean dishware.
Cleans and organizes back of house, including coolers, freezers and stock areas.
Removes garbage
Maintains and services restrooms.
Stocks/restocks items
Help with-back and front of the house:
Rinses and cuts raw food products
Receives and stores food supplies and equipment
Help as needed one or more cooking stations that may include falafel, kabob, rotisserie chicken, and sandwich/plate preparation and breakfast
the trash out, and mop floors.
