We are a social service company based in Los Angeles & the Valley seeking a passionate and dedicated care staff to provide training and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in the community. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. As a member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training on vocational skills, social skills, and community engagement for adults with developmental disabilities.
To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of a high school diploma, own a reliable vehicle, maintain current auto insurance, have a clean driving record, and pass a criminal background check.
As a Direct Care Staff, you will play a critical role in the lives of the individuals we serve. You will work closely with them to help them achieve their employment and life goals, provide guidance and support, and help them develop the skills they need to succeed. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive starting wage of $20.00 per hour, plus .70 cents mileage reimbursement, $10 monthly phone use, and full benefits after a 90-day period.
