We are looking for a team of RELIABLE, trustworthy, detail oriented and friendly team members able to start ASAP.
- Located in Long Beach - We have a position available for a part-time day porter at a multi-family residential community.
- Shift: Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm
- Pay rate is $19.75 per hour.
Your job duties would include, but not limited to:
-Cleaning laundry rooms, gym, offices, dusting, mopping, sweeping, clearing / cleaning exterior garbage bin storage area for a presentable appearance. Keeping common areas, clean, sanitized and looking good.
Attention to detail and communication is very important!
Job Requirements:
-1 year + day porter cleaning experience
-Attention to detail while at job site
-You must be able to converse in English
-You must be able to lift 20 to 50 Pounds
-Must be able to legally work in the United States
-Must have reliable transportation to get you to work
