Common area cleaner for residential hotel

Cleaner sought for a well kept Residential Hotel (Single Room Occupancy) in the Little Tokyo/ Arts District of Los Angeles. Areas to maintain include: 5 shower stalls. 7 toilet stalls. Kitchen and dining area. Hallways, entryway, stairs, and living room. Take out trash and recyclables to dumpster. Ensure adequate toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap is available, and distribute mail if any. $44 per cleaning. Time needed to clean is less than 2 hours. Cleaning of vacated small units (80 SF) would be for additional pay ($12-$15 per room). Prefer an independent contractor with existing clients, but will also consider part-time.
