Job description

We are looking for skilled automotive mechanics who are able to diagnose and troubleshoot fault codes and perform basic to advanced repairs such as basic maintenance, brakes, tune up, suspension, engine and transmission repairs. We work on foreign, domestic and European cars. Must be a team player who takes pride in his workmanship and is responsible to show up to work on scheduled days. Requirements:

1. One Position available for full time employees.

2. Have own tools, some tools (Diagnostic) tools provided by shop must be used and taken care of as if your own.

3. Must have a valid California driver's license and work authorization.

Summary

As an Automotive Mechanic specializing in Advanced Diagnostics, you will be essential in diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, reporting directly to the Service Manager. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge will ensure high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services. With a focus on core skills such as engine repair and suspension work. A valid driver's license and completion of trade school are required to excel in this role, ensuring you are well-equipped to handle a variety of automotive challenges.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced automotive diagnostics to identify and resolve vehicle issues efficiently.

Utilize hand tools and equipment for vehicle maintenance, including oil changes and transmission repairs.

Conduct thorough inspections of powertrain, alignment, suspension, and tire services.

Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed, adhering to dealership standards.

Stay updated on automotive technology and repair techniques through ongoing training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8-hour shift

Monday to Friday
