Position Overview:
We're seeking a dedicated, hard-working, and passionate automotive enthusiast to be the right hand to the owner. This is a hands-on, highly dynamic position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to jump into a wide range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities: EVERY DAY WILL BE DIFFERENT Must able to adapt to multiple tasks and be afraid to get your hands dirty.
-Assist the owner with daily shop operations and project support
-Shipping and receiving of products and inventory
-Assembly
-Mounting wheels on vehicles with care and precision
-Provide outstanding customer service and communication
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
-Troubleshoot and solve problems independently
Qualifications:
-Strong passion for cars, motorsports, and the automotive world
-Must be highly motivated and serious about your work
-Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
-Mechanically inclined and comfortable with tools and hands-on tasks
-Strong attention to detail and work ethic
-Prior experience in an automotive environment a plus, but not required
-Must be reliable, punctual, and able to lift 50+ lbs
