Looking for a skilled and dependable team of 2-3 individuals to craft premium cat enclosures, commonly known as Catios. Our projects typically range from 2-10 days and involve various tasks, including light framing (primarily using 2x4 and 4x4 construction), light carpentry, paint preparation, painting, roofing (often using polycarbonate and asphalt shingles), concrete work, and the installation of wire mesh or screen material around the enclosures. All necessary materials will be provided.
We emphasize a professional and positive attitude, aiming to cultivate an enjoyable workplace that is free of drama and stress-free. Precision and quality work are essential, and we encourage a sense of pride in craftsmanship. Excellent customer service is crucial and begins with leaving worksites spotless daily. Training will be provided, and initial projects will be collaborative efforts with our team to familiarize yourself with the process.

Requirements:

Reliability – You must show up on time daily.
Professionalism – We operate in clients' homes (primarily exterior work).
Transportation – This is necessary, as we work all over the city and beyond.
Organization – Capable of maintaining a clean and safe work site.
Basic tools are required; some tools will be provided. Proficiency with circular saws, miter saws, air compressors, etc., is necessary.
Legal eligibility to work in the US.
Willingness to travel.
Most projects are in Los Angeles, but we also work in Orange County, Long Beach, Ventura County, and beyond. Travel jobs come with additional compensation, and accommodations will be provided in an Airbnb. We have a substantial workload and can keep your team consistently busy.
