We are a food production facility on the search for a Logistic Coordinator. Our company specializes in the co packing of beverages, sauces, and natural foods.
Experience:
1. Be the main point of contact for visitors.
2. Maintain record keeping systems including data entry of all necessary documents and Purchase Orders generation.
3. Verify fulfillment sheets and pick tickets against customer purchase order to ensure accuracy.
4. Track and fix shipping errors.
5. Prepare items for shipment to customers and/or return to supplier.
6. Manage all outbound shipments, packaging material inventories, packaging of product to be shipped, and arrangement of transportation services.
7. Close interval transfer of raw material on the inventory management system.
8. Identify and report any logistics, equipment, production, employee, and safety issues to the Warehouse Manager each day.
9. Certified on Forklift: sit-down and standup
