Our company hosts an inbound customer service function for our employees located in the U.S. and Canada. Employees call in to the customer service center to ask questions related to their benefits, their paycheck, how to apply to a job promotion, inquire about their vacation balances, and any personal data changes they need to make to their employment record. As a customer service representative you will assist in answering employee's questions or addressing any issues they are encountering.
About us: Our office is located in the Howard Hughes Center in Culver City. We are a fun Human Resources department who works from the office Monday-Thursday (work from home on Fridays), we cater in lunch every day, and we are a dog friendly office.
If you like talking to coworkers on the phone and have any experience in Human Resources, this position may be ideal for you!
