OVERVIEW: Provides confidential administrative, and clerical assistance to VP of Human Resources & Operations as well as to HR staff. Prepares correspondence; indexes documents; assists in the search and vetting of applicants; and creates reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative assistance to the VP and HR Team members Respond to candidates via email or follows up via telephone Assist with indexing of confidential documents. Scan mail. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Two years’ experience as an administrative assistant Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred Proficient with MS Office Suite
