We are a premier concierge primary care and gynecology clinic located in Brentwood, Los Angeles. We keep our patient list small so that we can provide a highly-personalized comprehensive care experience for our members. Our team of doctors and experts are renowned women's health professionals and we are looking for a highly experienced medical assistant to support our patients alongside them.

Position Overview:

In our Ultrasound Technician + Medical Assistant role, you'll have the opportunity to work in an innovative new clinic at the intersection of primary, gynecology, and longevity care. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art clinic. Your expertise in sonography, coupled with your outstanding technical and communication skills, will ensure our patients receive a seamless and comforting experience. You will be working alongside our expert physicians to deliver world class care that includes operating a Dexa machine, ultrasound equipment, checking patient’s vitals, care coordination, and administering a variety of active assessment protocols in our on-site gym.

We expect you to have strong organizational and communication skills, and to have excellent interpersonal skills when communicating with patients. We hold ourselves to high standards and strive to deliver the best medical care and patient experience possible. We are looking for someone who cares as much as we do about delivering this new level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Sonography: Perform scans and ensure appropriate scan documentation.

Patient Interaction: Greet and prepare patients for examinations, ensuring their comfort and privacy. Address patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Clinical Duties: Assist with medical procedures and examinations, including taking vital signs, administering diagnostic tests and protocols, preparing and administering medications as directed by the physician, and documenting patient information.

Administrative Support: Schedule patient appointments, manage medical records, and handle insurance verification and billing processes.

Communication & Care Coordination: Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, conveying important information and instructions clearly and effectively.

Compliance: Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures, including those related to infection control and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)

Abdomen and Transvaginal certified required

Minimum of 4-6 months of independent experience in performing scans with high diagnostic quality.

Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology, as well as pathology related to diagnostic imaging.

Proficiency in operating and maintaining ultrasound equipment. Experience with GE Voluson series is preferred.
