Mental health treatment provider is looking to bring on a new therapist. They treat broad mental health, addiction, and dual-diagnosis in a residential setting.
Responsibilities:
Individual and Group Therapy: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to support clients in their recovery journey.
Assessment and Treatment Planning: Perform comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.
Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention during crisis situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
Case Management: Coordinate with other healthcare providers, case managers, and family members to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of treatment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Education and Support: Educate clients and their families about addiction, mental health, and recovery strategies to enhance understanding and engagement in the treatment process.
Team Collaboration: Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, challenges, and treatment adjustments.
Compliance: Adhere to all legal, ethical, and regulatory standards related to clinical practice and patient care.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- CA licensure: LMFT, LCSW, LPC
- Experience with SUD treatment
