LVN with Kinesiology/PT background
compensation: $76/hour

We are looking for licensed California LVN’s with a strong understanding in kinesiology/physical therapy to join our team, providing rehabilitative care to ONLY ONE CLIENT with a physical disability.
Responsibilities:
- This is a hands on, 1:1 position with dedication to only one client
- Abide by client’s plan of care, supporting client in all aspects of personal care
- Support client in her physical rehabilitation: walking, going sit to stand, using DME, performing stretches, etc.
- Support client in all her environments, including in her college classes, in her home, in her community, at her therapy or medical appointments, in social activities, with her family, etc.
About Client:
- Client is a super cool artist with her only business.
- Client is getting ready to attend local art college to obtain a well-rounded background in art.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy; must enjoy sports/working out
- Compassionate with a patient-centered care focus
- Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Technologically saavy; client uses a lot of technology
Qualifications:
- Must be currently licensed to practice as an LVN (or RN) in the State of California and maintain compliance with professional standards and practices
- Must possess and maintain CPR certification
- Must pass I9 clearance to be able to legally work in the US
- English speaking
- Able to support, lift, transfer a 95-lb individual safely
