RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse)

Home Health Agency is looking for an RN Supervisor to conduct monthly supervisory visits to assess patient progress, evaluate the quality of care provided by field nurses, and ensure compliance with care plans. Also, The RN Supervisor would conduct recertification visits every 60 days to evaluate patient eligibility for continued home health services by conducting a comprehensive assessment, and update care plans and goals based on the patient's progress.
