Hello! We are a Home Health Agency in need of a Typist/Data Entry clerk that has some MEDICAL background/experience. For example, have had some experience working in a Home Health/Medical/Doctor office setting. AND a decent TYPER. A licensed clinician would be great as well and could mean more pay.
Responsibilities would be to type Nursing Notes for our patients. We have recently went electronic doing notes through a website that is accessible anywhere you have internet. With the transition several of the notes have gotten behind. You would be provided patient's medical history and guidelines and from there you would log into the system and type and submit the needed notes through the website.
