About the Job:
We are looking to hire a full-time Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. Prior experience working in a drug & alcohol inpatient rehab facility is a requirement. This is a salaried position with compensation of $85,000 per year. Typical work schedule is 7:30 AM to 4:40 PM Monday to Friday.
Job Purpose:
Provide care to our clients by ensure the facility is running smoothly. Oversee and manage the Behavioral Health Technicians, Group Facilitators and other contracts.

Job Duties:
Perform admissions for all new clients
Oversee all clinical documentation
Train staff, as needed, to correctly document in Kipu
Oversee the Case Manager and all Treatment Planning and Aftercare Planning
Support the CEO
Conduct and document all utilization reviews
Ensure all clients receive at least 6 hours of clinical care daily and that staff performs the documentation correctly.
Oversee the staff to conduct weekly assessments for all clients.
Perform all discharges.
Oversee the Clinical Team meeting weekly
Learn and uphold all company policies and procedures
Maintain professional boundaries with all staff and clients.
