We are looking to hire a service-oriented, outgoing, team-minded, and purpose-and-values-driven Physical Therapist Aide, bilingual in Spanish, for our fast-paced Physical Therapy clinic in Palmdale. We are an outpatient physical therapy clinic treating orthopedic and sports injuries, pre-and post-operative care, geriatrics, and injury prevention. Services are tailored to meet each patient’s need.

Responsibilities/duties/attributes:
Previous Outpatient clinic experience (preferred but not required)
Work closely with physical therapist
Bring patients back to treatment area
Able to take direction while also taking responsibility for the patients in their care
Passion for the profession and people it serves
Able to multitask and flexible
Working with patients exercise programs
Likes working hands on with patients
Occasional answer phones and schedule
Proven willing communicator
Willingness to be accountable for production standards
Willing to work with the team at front desk to ensure that scheduling and patient communication is excellent
Is a positive, solution-minded thinker
Contributes to the team spirit
Stock supplies
Clean rooms
Have positive interactions with patients and clinic staff
Bilingual in Spanish
Preference given to candidates with the following:
Post high school graduate with continuing education; pursuing AA/AS; BA/BS
Degree/experience in Exercise Science/Kinesiology background is a plus, however, not required
