Open Positions

1️⃣ Dental Front Office / Treatment Coordinator

As the first point of contact for patients, you’ll ensure smooth office operations and help patients understand their treatment and financial options.

Responsibilities include:

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Verifying PPO insurance and eligibility

Processing billing, claims, and payments

Presenting treatment plans and copayments

Following up on unscheduled treatment and hygiene reactivation

Maintaining charts and records

General office duties: phones, scanning, emailing

We use Dentrix as our softwear

Requirements:

At least 3 year of dental office experience (required)

Familiar with PPO insurance

Knowledge of Dentrix preferred; Open Dental a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills

Knowledge of dental terminology and excellent phone etiquette

2️⃣ Dental Assistant - Part Time

Work chairside with the doctor to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure a comfortable experience for every visit.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting patients and reviewing treatment plans

Recording medical histories and vital signs

Preparing rooms and sterilized instruments

Assisting with exams, fillings, crowns, implants, and cosmetic procedures

Capturing digital X-rays, scans, and photographs

Educating patients on oral health and post-treatment care

Maintaining strict infection-control and safety protocols

Assisting with scheduling and front-office tasks as needed

Requirements:

Current Dental Assistant certification & radiology license (if required by state)

Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in a fast-paced dental practice

Proficiency with modern dental software and digital imaging

Clear, compassionate communication with patients and team members

Proactive and reliable, with the ability to anticipate the doctor’s needs
