Medical front desk employee would need to call patient leads Tuesday- Saturday. Must be easy to get along with, take direction and easily work with others.
Must be comfortable speaking on the phone to patients and will be trained on how to answer questions.
Must be thorough, organized, and keep detailed notes on Excel and CRM. Must be comfortable with scheduling patients, collecting credit card payments and be a quick learner. We use complex software programs, and knowledge of computers is mandatory. Must be reliable, easily take direction, and a great team player. May have many front desk duties but must be open to being a team player that can assist in many different capacities and not opposed to helping other staff in any and all duties that we need from time to time.
