Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-time, attentive care for twin infants
Assist with feeding, diaper changing, bathing, and maintaining sleep schedules
Create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes early childhood development
Engage in age-appropriate activities, including reading, singing, and playtime
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery and play areas
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suitable for infants
Accompany children on outings and to appointments when necessary
Communicate openly and regularly with parents about the children's progress and needs
Qualifications:
Proven experience caring for infants, preferably twins or multiples
Knowledge of infant development and early childhood education principles
Excellent references from previous childcare positions
Patient, energetic, and emotionally mature
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
