Job title: Lead Caregiver
We are currently seeking a Lead Caregiver with 1 year experience working with the elderly as a caregiver and 1 year in management, who lives nearby and has open availability. This means that you should be available to work any day of the week, including weekends, and at any given time. The position is initially part-time, with 3-4 days of work per week and roughly 4-8 hour shifts. (we care for Dementia and other diagnoses please ONLY apply if you are experienced in some type of diagnoses) CNA certified is not required.
However, there is an opportunity to increase the number of days after the 90-day probation period. You will be working at two locations, both 6 bed homes that are located in the beautiful city of Claremont, CA.

What’s a Lead Caregiver do?
The Lead Caregiver will collaborate with the Care Manager to fulfill caregiving duties, and will also assume a leadership role with the team. This entails performing caregiving tasks and receiving training from the Care Manager on management responsibilities. As the Lead Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, assisting them with their daily activities.
