Our busy Home Health agency is actively seeking knowledgeable, experienced nurses to join our team! Our patients are located throughout Los Angeles and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for:
-Director of Nursing
-Field RN
-Field LVN
Starting Rates: Based on experience
Brief Job Description/ Duties:
Performs field visits for admission/ start of care of patients to home health services.
Evaluates and documents on Oasis charting forms.
Performs follow- up visits and or IV- infusion visits.
Assist with documentation, using tablet device, office support, Kinnser documentation.
As well as all other nursing duties as needed.
Starting Rate(s): Based on experience
Employment: Full-Time and Part-Time avail.
Required Licenses/Certifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice: Required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
Valid Driver's License (DL): Required
Current automobile insurance and a reliable automobile: Required
Bilingual is a PLUS but not mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80.00 - $125.00 per hour
