Helper/caretaker for my parents

I am looking for a qualified person to help my elderly parents with getting them to their hospital appointments, helping them with activities, possible bathing, med management, groceries and etc. They live in an assisted care facility and are mostly self-reliant. Sometimes they need help getting to and from their room to dining room and cars. They use a walker and can, but can mostly move on their own. I need a caring, self starter, energetic, with patience for the elderly. You must be finger printed with Lifescan and a have valid CDL to go into the facility. Must have a decent car with insurance. I am looking for two to three days a week and depending on their need 3 hours to 4 hours at a time. It would be best if you have a healthcare certificate.
