PBII is seeking a Part-Time Medicare Insurance Customer Service Admin to join our team and assist our clients with their Medicare insurance inquiries and needs, along with handling back-office tasks. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring application accuracy, performing data entry tasks, managing enrollment status, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding their Medicare insurance plans via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Answer inquiries about Medicare coverage, benefits, premiums, and enrollment processes.

Ensure accuracy of applications submitted by clients and follow up with necessary documentation as required.

Perform data entry tasks to update client information, enrollment details, and application status in the system.

Monitor enrollment status and follow up with clients on any outstanding requirements or missing information.

Manage customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery and efficient back-office operations.

Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and back-office operations proficiency.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry.

Knowledge of Medicare insurance plans, policies, and regulations is highly desirable.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling applications and data entry tasks.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Excel

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
