Group Solutions is seeking multiple experienced Group Facilitators to lead therapy sessions in behavioral health and substance abuse treatment facilities across the Greater Los Angeles area. We’re looking for compassionate facilitators with at least a CADC, LMFT, or AMFT certification who are committed to helping clients on their path to recovery.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery, mental health, and coping skills
Foster a safe and supportive environment for open group discussions
Document sessions and maintain accurate reports per facility standards
Qualifications:
Valid CADC, LMFT, AMFT, or equivalent certification
Background in addiction recovery, mental health, or a related field
Strong communication skills and dedication to supporting personal growth
