Job Responsibilities:
Patient Check-In: Greet and check in patients with professionalism and care.
Vitals Recording: Take and record patient vitals accurately.
Insurance Verification: Check and verify patient insurance information.
Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to patient messages promptly.
Qualifications:
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
Customer Service Skills: Friendly, courteous, and able to provide excellent service to our patients.
Dependability: Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain an organized workspace.
Honesty and Integrity: Demonstrate honesty and uphold the highest ethical standards.
Training:
We are committed to helping you succeed and will provide training on front & back office tasks you may not be familiar with.
Compensation:
