We are seeking an experienced, kind and compassionate FEMALE CAREGIVER to assist a wonderful FEMALE PATIENT who is located in Calabasas. This is an ongoing weekend assignment. Patient has Dementia so you MUST have previous experience. You also must love pets - she has both a dog and a parrot.
SHIFT:
Saturday and Sunday
8:30AM - 4:30PM
DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
ALL ADL'S
Companionship
Meal Preparation
Medication Reminders

MUST HAVES (No Exceptions)
At least one (1) year of senior caregiving experience
Experience with Dementia Patients
Experience with ADL'S
Current Driver's License w/reliable vehicle and insurance (showing you are a covered driver)
Current HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID
Current TB Test Results (OR proof that you have recently taken a test)
COVID Vaccination Card
Second Form of ID Compliant with I-9 (Social Security Card, US Passport, Employment Authorization Card, etc.)
