Brentwood dental Spa is a private dental office. We are patient-centered dental office that accepts all major PPO's and fee-for-service practice dedicated to providing top-quality care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist and Office Manager. Whether you’re experienced in the dental field or looking to grow into this role, we’d love to hear from you!

Front Desk Duties:

- Welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.

- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.

- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Handle patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting payments.

Office Management Duties:

MUST KNOW HOW TO RUN THE FRONT DESK PROPERLY ALL BY YOURSELF

- Maintain and organize patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

- Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow.

- Manage office supplies and inventory.

- Coordinate with dental staff to optimize patient care and scheduling.

- Must know how to use Dentrix and E-billing

- Must know to check insurance and enter the insurance breakdowns

- Must know how to treatment plan properly and present and to able sell cases

- Must know how to do billing and collections

- Monitor billing and accounting.

- Work with on marketing and social media goals.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn dental software.

- A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

- Previous experience as a dental manager and treatment coordinator is a must
