Dental Assistant Needed
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, maintain a clean and organized clinic, and work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest level of care for our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience as a dental assistant and is able to multitask and is able to perform certain front office tasks as needed.
Duties:
- Assist dentists with patient care and treatment procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patients.
- Take X-rays and other medical images as needed.
- Ordering back office/ dental supplies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Monitor infection control protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic, adhering to sterilization and infection control procedures.
- Work effectively with Eaglesoft software is a plus.
- Bilingual applicant (Spanish, English) is preferred.
- Perform administrative tasks, including answering phones and scheduling appointments, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a dental assistant program or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, including endodontics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to infection control
protocols.
